Maintenance Quality & Safety Manager in the Caribbean

<p><strong>Job summary</strong></p> <p>We are currently looking for Maintenance Quality &amp; Safety Manager to join the operation of one of our clients in the Caribbean.</p> <ul> <li>Starting day: TBC.</li> <li>Location: Caribbean region.</li> <li>Remuneration: $5,000 USD per month Tax-Free.</li> <li>Weekly working hours: Average 44 hours.</li> <li>Accommodation: Provided for first 30 days (utilities not included).</li> <li>Positioning Flight: Provided 50% expense of a flight ticket to the base.</li> </ul> <p>The main responsibilities of the job cover:</p> <ul> <li>Assessing competence and issuing of company authorization approval.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assuring that the company complies with the Part 145 regulations.</li> <li>Maintaining and administering the Quality Management System (QMS).</li> <li>Performing internal audits according to the audit plan, issue and monitoring corrective actions.</li> <li>Liaison with the National Aviation Authority with respect to matters affecting the company approvals.</li> <li>Implementation and administration of a Safety Management System (SMS).</li> <li>Promotion of Quality and Safety standards within the organization</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 5 years in Quality and Safety Assurance jobs.</li> <li>A least 3 years working on either EMB-120 or ERJ-145.</li> <li>Holding for at least 5 years an ICAO Type II AMEL.</li> <li>Formal qualifications in Quality Management Systems (QMS) ISO9001 or equivalent</li> <li>Formal qualifications in Safety Management Systems (SMS)</li> <li>Your EWIS and &amp; HF training is up to date.</li> </ul>
