In Program Management, it’s more about the delivery of our strategies into realized benefits. And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we’re agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.<br /> <br /> <b>What you’ll deliver</b><br /> • You will be responsible for driving the design of the baggage and cargo systems, including incremental improvements and product innovation, to develop a world class customer experience in baggage and cargo design for Dubai Airports, across both DXB and Dubai World Central (DWC). Ensure Dubai Airports baggage and cargo design future vision and plans have service proposition and innovative solutions that will elevate its market position and work positively towards a world leader for airport customer experience.<br /> • Will embed a culture for a design that puts the customer at the center of the design process with, a focus on both the functional and emotional needs and engagement of the customer.<br /> • Responsible for the creation of baggage &amp; cargo design solutions to improve asset productivity and resilience. Drive the design solutions to enable the business to optimize and create capacity through baggage and cargo processes and systems enhancements, whilst achieving the required customer service level propositions and outcomes and so creating a great customer experience.<br /> <br /> <b>What you bring</b><br /> • Shall be educated to Degree level or equivalent in functional analysis / People Movement / Baggage &amp; cargo / logistics Design Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Transportation, Architecture.<br /> • Experience design, experience of the planning, design, procurement and construction of complex, time critical product baggage &amp; cargo and design innovation programmes of work within an operationally challenging and customer service focused environment.<br /> • Experience of the planning, design, procurement time critical BHS, Cargo and Logistics programmes of work within a regulated, operationally constrained and on time performance focused environment.<br /> <br /> <b>Life at Dubai Airports</b><br /> Fast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business that’s all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
