<p>During Covid-19 pandemic, our customer has confirmed that this job is live/active</p> <p>For our customer in the aerospace industry we are looking for a motivated candidate for the location Manching, Germany for the following position:</p> <p><strong>Document Manager Future Programs (w/m/d) Ref. 2020_379</strong></p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participation in current, international development projects e.g. Unmanned Aerial Systems division (EuroDrone or Future Combat Air System (FCAS))</li> <li>Adaptation of processes to new ways of working, e.g. an Agile Methodology, Digital Signature and Virtual Development</li> <li>Contact point for the departments of the development company for all document management issues</li> <li>Support of the project teams in the recording of the development results, project documents and data with the associated attributes</li> <li>Distribution of data taking into account project specifications and safety, export and copyright instructions</li> <li>Constant improvement of processes and tools of data management against the background of international partnerships and the desire for close, digital and efficient cooperation</li> <li>Coordination of the interfaces in the international environment</li> <li>Implementation of customer requirements</li> <li>Timely and needs-based setting of production plans</li> <li>Participation in status and reporting events as well as keeping the planning protocols</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least a completed apprenticeship as technician with several years of experience or a Bachelor degree in the areas of project management, engineering, industrial engineer</li> <li>Interest in digitalization and databases</li> <li>At least 1 year of professional experience in the areas of configuration management, project and process management, ideally in the aerospace industry</li> <li>Experience in the environment of a development company in military aviation is desirable</li> <li>Very good knowledge of MS Office</li> <li>Knowledge of IBM FileNet, MS SharePoint and Siemens Teamcenter is required</li> <li>Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German are required</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p align="center"><strong>Are you interested in our company and the benefits we offer?</strong></p> <p align="center"><strong>Do you want to become a part of our team?</strong></p> <p align="center"><strong>Take the chance to get the world's best ticket for your global career and send your application documents to application@bishop-gmbh.com!</strong></p>
