<p>During Covid-19 pandemic, our customer has confirmed that this job is live/active</p> <p>For our customer in the aerospace industry we are looking for a motivated candidate for the location Lampoldshausen, Germany for the following position:</p> <p><strong>Process & Planning Engineer (f/m/d) Ref. 2020_376</strong></p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Creation, management and updating of integrated MAIT / production plans taking into account capacities, milestones, work steps and project specifics</li> <li>Maintenance and management of plans in complex planning databases, e.g. Oracle PRIMAVERA / PLANISWARE</li> <li>Responsibility for the production OTD escalation process (meetings and implementation)</li> <li>Coordination of all required processes along the value chain, including efficient regular communication (on quality, on time, on cost)</li> <li>Development of possible solutions / scenarios for integrated production planning in the event of conflicts</li> <li>Development and establishment of functional work and business processes to ensure / fulfill the tasks in the areas of production planning (e.g. OTD process, Primavera, server / methods, self-programmed IT solutions)</li> <li>Definition and implementation of measures to increase efficiency from the point of view of continuous improvement (e.g. LEAN Mgmt, I&R projects, improvement plan)</li> <li>Initiation and control of cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects</li> <li>Accompanying projects for the implementation of digitization projects</li> <li>Development and management of a database-supported IT tool to support controlled, cross-functional communication of the on-time delivery management, including the associated KPI reporting</li> <li>Creation of customer and project reports and advice on the interfaces</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completed technical studies or in the field of economics</li> <li>At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a production area, preferably in the aerospace industry or in special machine construction</li> <li>Experience with planning databases (e.g. PRIMAVERA / PLANISWARE) in production or in project management</li> <li>Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information</li> <li>High level of responsibility, resilience, willingness to learn and organizational talent</li> <li>Detailed knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP</li> <li>Fluent German and good knowledge of English</li> </ul> <p align="center"><strong>Are you interested in our company and the benefits we offer?</strong></p> <p align="center"><strong>Do you want to become a part of our team?</strong></p> <p align="center"><strong>Take the chance to get the world's best ticket for your global career and send your application documents to application@bishop-gmbh.com!</strong></p>
