<p><strong>AeroProfessional are delighted to offer a rare opportunity to join our client as a Safety and Security Manager. Our client is a stable operator enjoying growth in what has been recently a quiet time for aviation recruitment.</strong></p> <p><strong>We are recruiting for the role of Safety and Security Manager. The position is based in the Middle East and this will require a relocation as it is a full-time, permanent role.</strong></p> <p><strong>The Safety and Security Manager will be responsible for maintaining the SMS programme, including safety policies, investigative processes, conducting and maintaining emergency response exercises and driving the Company’s safety culture.</strong></p> <p><strong>Our client offers a very competitive salary package which is negotiable depending on experience.</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years’ minimum related industry experience</strong></li> <li><strong>Knowledge of ICAO Safety Management System requirements</strong></li> <li><strong>Knowledge of Human Factors studies and application</strong></li> <li><strong>Ability to conduct and teach root cause analysis and investigation techniques</strong></li> <li><strong>Knowledge of ICAO International Security requirements and best practices</strong></li> <li><strong>Ability to effectively present information at Board level</strong></li> </ul>
