<p><strong>We have a rare opportunity in a very competitive aviation job market to secure employment with our Airport Owner/Operator Client as Air Traffic Services Manager.</strong></p> <p><strong>The Air Traffic Services Manager reports to the Head of Air Traffic Services and is responsible for the operation of the ATC department. This is a role in which all statutory and regulatory requirements must be met whilst continuing to maintain operational competence and integrity.</strong></p> <p><strong>The Air Traffic Services Manager will assist the Head of Air Traffic Services with the oversight of all personnel within ATC department in ensuring daily operations are aligned with the requirements of the company, as well as promoting the goals of the company and organisation with all staff.</strong></p> <p><strong>Candidates are expected to be a current Air Traffic Controller, and ideally tri rated. We are looking for an individual with strong people management skills as well as an excellent understanding of ATC technical requirements.</strong></p> <p><strong>This is shift-pattern role so flexibility and the weekend working will be required.</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Current or recent experience as an Air Traffic Controller</strong></li> <li><strong>Tri-rated</strong></li> <li><strong>Current or recent management experience</strong></li> <li><strong>Excellent understanding of ATC techniques</strong></li> </ul>
