About this role
<p><strong>Our client who operate a global network of maintenance facilities specialising in the management and repair of ULD's are looking for a station supervisor to join their team in France.<br /> <br /> This role which offers a permanent contract has an immediate start date available. There is a competitive salary as well as a bonus scheme as part of the company benefits.<br /> <br /> The successful candidate will be someone who has a strong background and knowledge in the aviation industry with particular experience in operations management of large teams. The facility is part 145 so you must have experience in this sector.<br /> <br /> The duties of the role will include but are not limited to:<br /> <br /> Ensure all maintenance activities are in compliance with pertinent CAA regulations and customer requirements.<br /> Plan and coordinate with the station manager on production workflow and manpower requirements.<br /> Assign qualified repair technician to tasks.<br /> Facilitate and monitor training and recurrent training in relation to CAA regulations, manufacturer’s technical data, RSM/QCM, customer requirements are conducted<br /> according to the approved repair station training programs (including compulsory training).<br /> Ensure all employees are adequately trained and competent.<br /> Ensure training records for all repair station personnel comply with RSM/QCM<br /> Ensure administration of work orders and time sheets are completed accurately and timely<br /> in accordance with Company Procedures.<br /> Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels to comply with inventory stock control procedures.<br /> Repair aviation components when required.<br /> Assist the Station Manager/Area Manager in responding to audit reports.<br /> Manage technicians to ensure quality and production needs are met.<br /> Perform duties delegated by Station Manager/Area Manager.<br /> Assist facility manager for special projects as required.<br /> Involve and support bi-annual internal audit as required by RSM/QCM.<br /> Actively promote the “Zero Harm” ideals.<br /> <br /> Get in touch with our recruitment team to learn more.</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Part 145 experience</strong></li> <li><strong>Right to live and work in France</strong></li> <li><strong>Management / team leader experience</strong></li> </ul>
