About this role

<p><strong>We are pleased to announce one of our newest clients, a world renowned MRO organisation who are looking to appoint a Senior Planner.<br /> <br /> The role offers a permanent contract with a great salary, health insurance and other company benefits.<br /> <br /> Your tasks:<br /> • To promote a positive Safety Culture and to ensure that Safety and Quality Policy is communicated/promoted and implemented within the Organization;<br /> • To ensure that all elements of the SMS are properly implemented, maintained and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS related duties and responsibilities as defined in SMS Manual;<br /> • Ensure preparation, co-ordination and release of all Bill Of Works on schedule;<br /> • Ensure prepare of work packages for production on schedule;<br /> • Inform methodics about errors on job cards and implement improvements as required;<br /> • Print work package and co-ordinate customer attachments;<br /> • Ensure all job cards are handed over to production on schedule;<br /> • Support the Project Managers with data and planning information;<br /> • Support and monitor paperwork closure of the checks;<br /> • Support and deputise for the Head of Project Management & Planning when required;<br /> • Support the Bay Managers’ office during aircraft closing;<br /> • Ensure work package changes are implemented and the bill of work is co-ordinated during the ground time;<br /> • Create and coordinate final documentation and send to customer when necessary;<br /> • Ensure efficient communications with all stakeholders including the customer;<br /> • Develop and mentor junior members of the Planning team;<br /> • Ensure co-ordination of documentation and assist with aircraft movements and engine run requests;<br /> • Contribute to ensuring the department is 5S standards are maintained;<br /> • Support LEAN initiatives and Continuous Improvement Projects;<br /> • Execute any other task commensurate with the role.</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>3 years Part 145 planning experience</strong></li> <li><strong>Excellent knowledge of aircraft maintenance tasks and documentation</strong></li> <li><strong>Fluent English</strong></li> <li><strong>Must be eligible to live and work in EU</strong></li> </ul>
