About this role
<p>Chief of Airworthiness</p> <p>Working in the helicopter industry in Munich, the candidate shall take on the following tasks in our committed, innovative team:</p> <p>• Examination of the verification for compliance with the airworthiness and environmental compatibility requirements as well as for completeness and</p> <p>• Written approval of documents</p> <p>• Overarching responsibility for technological advancement</p> <p>• Establishment of a "knowledge network" (with authorities, customers, suppliers, institutes and within the group)</p> <p>• Driving forward improvement and innovation projects</p> <p>• Screening of research pots and, if necessary, application for research funds</p> <p>• Technical coaching of employees in engineering</p> <p>• Support of the Director Engineering in the strategic development of the department</p> <p>• Support of the Director Engineering in the planning, organization and implementation of training courses</p> <p>• Specification of requirements for development processes, methods and standards</p> <p>• Support of the project manager in the preparation of offers and the calculation of expenses</p> <p>• Development of offer concepts and preparation of calculations</p> <p>• Technical representation of offers at the customer</p> <p>• Responsibility for compliance with the processes</p> <p>• Responsibility for compliance with the standards</p> <p>• Creation and approval of specifications</p> <p>• Ensuring quality</p> <p>• Support of design-to-cost programs</p> <p>• Driving improvements and innovations in the team</p> <p>• Identification of automation and standardization potentials and introduction to development</p> <p>• Head of the Office of Airworthiness (Chief of Office of Airworthiness)</p> <p>• Implementation of internal training courses (Part21, building regulations, manual, etc.)</p> <p>• Qualification and coaching of employees in the area</p> <p>• Induction, training and further education of employees</p> <p>• Support of the Director Engineering in driving improvements and innovations</p> <p>• Support of the Director Engineering with the annual planning (AOP)</p> <p>• Future-oriented optimization of processes</p> <p> </p>
