<p><strong>AeroProfessional are currently looking for a Part 145 Manager to join our UK based airline on a permanent basis<br /> <br /> The successful candidate will need to develop and maintain an excellent working relationship as part 145 manager with the heads of each department within the business with the ability to drive and embrace change within the organisation.<br /> <br /> The role is a permanent position that will require the successful candidate to live locally. The successful candidate will be offered a very competitive salary as well as company pension, life insurance, healthcare etc.<br /> <br /> Main duties will include:</strong><br />  </p> <ul> <li><strong>Supervision of all Part 145 departments and staff ensuring required competence is maintained and working to established Procedures and Standards.</strong></li> <li><strong>Responsible for the execution of all scheduled maintenance activity.</strong></li> <li><strong>Assist Head Of Engineering with budget preparation and monitoring</strong></li> <li><strong>Deliver on Base input schedules to drive Fleet availability</strong></li> <li><strong>Liaise with Operational and LMC team to drive AOG recoveries.</strong></li> <li><strong>Liaise with QA system on matters relating to Audit schedules and deficiencies respective to P145</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Role requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Qualified to engineering degree level or hold Aircraft Maintenance License</strong></li> <li><strong>At least 5 years Part 145 industry experience</strong></li> <li><strong>Knowledge of UK CAA Maintenance Regulation</strong></li> <li><strong>Strong aptitude towards IT with knowledge of OASES and Qpulse</strong></li> <li><strong>Staff supervision</strong></li> <li><strong>Flexible and responsive to change with a proven ability to drive change</strong></li> <li><strong>Problem solver with ability to deliver on plans</strong></li> <li><strong>Good organiser of resources</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Get in touch with our recruitment team to learn more.</strong></p> <p> </p>
