<p><strong>Wide Body Fuselage Development - A350 Pax & Freighter PMPB</strong></p> <p>The jobholder (d/f/m) works as Wide Body Fuselage Development - A350 Pax & Freighter PMPB<br /> and will operationally lead the FAF PMBP team in charge of steering the definition, deployment and<br /> monitoring of PM deliverables inside the Wide Body Development Program and Transnational<br /> Fuselage organization.</p> <p>The main responsibilities are:</p> <ul> <li>Guiding the Head of FAF (Forward and Aft Fuselage) Development Program by controlling theproject performance and adherence to the plan and by looking ahead for anticipation and preventive decisions</li> <li>Operationally leading the PMBP team by consolidating activities of the FAF PM Office, identifying Priorities in alignment with your manager and with the Program Operations Manager, ensuring that deliverables meet the required expectations</li> <li>Supporting the Head of FAF Development Programs and Program Operations Manager in their accountability to achieve time, cost, quality and performance objectives</li> <li>Setting-up harmonized and performant project management processes and methods across the project to enable strong project execution</li> <li>Ensuring Performance Management: drumbeat and analysis of deliverable progress enabling decision making through planning, cost, risk & opportunities monitoring</li> <li>Promoting and supporting the Project and Program CoC transformation and Cross Programme approach over the department community</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Team player with excellent communication skills</li> <li>Service and customer oriented person with high sense of responsibility</li> <li>High level of assertiveness</li> <li>The willingness to travel on business is required</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified<br /> taken into account.</strong></em></p> <p><br /> <strong>Please note that we accept CVs older than 3 months at the time of offering cannot take into account !</strong></p> <p><br /> <strong>Required educational requirements </strong><br /> Comparable qualifications, at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Business informatics at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Business administration at least a bachelor's degree<br /> work experience<br /> Project management at least over 2 years<br /> Experience in the aerospace sector is an advantage</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Project at least in-depth application knowledge<br /> Experience in Google Workspace is desirable<br /> knowledge<br /> Process management at least good knowledge<br /> Risk management at least good knowledge</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> Knowledge of French is a plus</p> <p><strong>Required other qualifications</strong><br /> Project management certification is a plus</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>Ideally you hold a valid EU passport (if not, we will sponsor excellent candidates for a work permit)</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Other information</strong></p> <p><a href="https://www.hamburg.com/welcome/" rel="no-follow">Hamburg Welcome Portal - hamburg.com</a></p> <p><a href="https://www.tourism.de/german-north-sea-coast/" rel="no-follow">German North Sea Coast - tourism.de</a></p> <p>If interested, please send full details of your experience, your availability and your present salary.
