<p><strong>Performance & Improvement Manager (d/f/m).</strong></p> <p><strong>We have 2 vacancies for these jobs, located at Airbus in Hamburg Finkenwerder. Are you ready to step up to the next level ?</strong></p> <p>The jobholder will work as Performance & Improvement Manager (d/f/m). The responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and support regular performance reviews (e.g. Balanced Scorecard) whilst monitoring and synthesizing operational performance metrics in a cross-site context</li> <li>Lead continuous improvement projects that will increase the reactivity and resilience embedded in the Customer Line operating model (e.g. Plan-Do-Check-Act) - from project initialization until project closure</li> <li>Integrate state-of-the-art practices from Airline or Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organizations (e.g. operations control and planning, automation, logistics, parts supply, shop floor operations, infrastructure, digitization, etc.)</li> <li>Identify opportunities to increase operational process maturity and to increase digital maturity</li> <li>Run and facilitate physical or virtual problem-solving workshops using state-of-the-art techniques in to an international context</li> <li>Promote lean thinking and continuous improvement methodologies in the context of aircraft maintenance operations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience dealing and negotiating with various stakeholders across all hierarchical levels</li> <li>Ability to step back and view the the subject from a broad perspective</li> <li>Ability to understand the key constraints and to quickly spot critical process issues and areas for improvement</li> <li>Experience at driving people-focused change management initiatives and excellent communication skills</li> <li>Being open to ideas from employees for improvement and to understanding the working culture within the customer line Willingness to travel on business (approx. once per month)</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified<br /> taken into account.</strong></em></p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Please note that we accept CVs older than 3 months at the time of offering<br /> cannot take into account!</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Educational requirements</strong><br /> Aircraft construction at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Engineering at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Technical studies at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Supplier management for at least 5 years<br /> Project management for at least 5 years<br /> Process improvement at least over 5 years<br /> Proven experience in the field of Aircraft Manufacturing / Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and<br /> Overhaul (MRO) / Airline Operations</p> <p><br /> <strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Excel at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required knowledge</strong><br /> Change management at least good knowledge<br /> Process management at least good knowledge<br /> Risk management at least good knowledge</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> Advanced knowledge of French and/or German is desired</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>Ideally you hold a valid EU passport (if not, we will sponsor excellent candidates for a work permit)</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Other information</strong></p> <p><a href="https://www.hamburg.com/welcome/" rel="no-follow">Hamburg Welcome Portal - hamburg.com</a></p> <p><a href="https://www.tourism.de/german-north-sea-coast/" rel="no-follow">German North Sea Coast - tourism.de</a></p> <p>If interested, please send full details of your experience, your availability and your present salary.
