About this role
<p>The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Program Product Breakdown Structure Accountable/Leader. The<br /> job is at Airbus Hamburg and the responsibilities include:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Define and control the Product Structure Roadmap for the activities that fall within the scope of responsibility (CAF, Wing, Landing Gear), aligned with DDMS SAF3 / Lean PLM (Rebaselining) project milestones</li> <li>Ensure the adherence to the PBS Process (Chairman of Industrial & Product Structure Reviews) to meet the best optimum of new Product Breakdown Structure (PBS) in compliance with the DDMS SAF3 / Lean PLM (Rebaselining) PBS concepts</li> <li>Ensure collaboration between all the key internal & external stakeholders</li> <li>As SA Program representative hold the accountability of the PBS definition within his scope of responsibility</li> <li>Follow-up of the CA/CC breakdown and product structure evolution and validation agreed via dedicated quality gates</li> <li>Organize the different Product Structure meetings (Plan and steer Industrial Reviews and Product structure review)</li> <li>Clarify rules, ensure processes, tools alignment and provide negotiation groups</li> <li>Integration with interdependent processes (e.g. Build Process, DDMS project, SAP, etc.)</li> <li>Monitor all the steps of the PBS selection process</li> <li>Ensure the validation with the program functions of a relevant POE definition and that spare Committees are organized and lead</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Being able to work in a transnational environment with all kind of functions and able to connect people</li> <li>Good coordination and communication skills and the ability to make synthesis of complex issues</li> <li>Being able to work autonomously, but also in a team</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified<br /> taken into account.</strong></em></p> <p>Please note that we accept CVs older than 3 months at the time of offering<br /> cannot take into account!<br /> <br /> <strong>Educational requirements</strong><br /> Comparable qualifications, at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Industrial engineer at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Business administration at least a bachelor's degree</p> <p><br /> <strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Configuration Management for at least 3 years<br /> Supplier management for at least 3 years<br /> Aerospace at least over 3 years<br /> Project management at least over 3 years<br /> basic knowledge of Airbus Product Structure principles is an advantage<br /> good project management skills & experience (planning, action follow-up, KPI/reporting, etc.)<br /> desirable</p> <p><br /> <strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> Knowledge in German or French would be a plus<br /> <br /> <strong>IT</strong></p> <p>Experience in google workspace is an advantage</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>Ideally you hold a valid EU passport (if not, we will sponsor excellent candidates for a work permit)</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Other information</strong></p> <p><a href="https://www.hamburg.com/welcome/" rel="no-follow">Hamburg Welcome Portal - hamburg.com</a></p> <p><a href="https://www.tourism.de/german-north-sea-coast/" rel="no-follow">German North Sea Coast - tourism.de</a></p> <p>If interested, please send full details of your experience, your availability and your present salary.
