About this role
<p>The jobholder (f/m/d) works as a <strong>Commodity Manager Engineering Services </strong>and the main tasks at Airbus Defence and space (AGO) Taufkirchen are:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Accountable for leading the MFT/MDT (with possible delegation to Buyer). Be the entry point to Company for commodity management (per commodity products/services)</li> <li>Establish, implement and improve commodity strategy</li> <li>Implement the procurement policy</li> <li>Performs market analysis (global sourcing including offsets)</li> <li>Manage sourcing (CFT, RFP, etc…) & contract management</li> <li>Contributes in monitoring & improving supplier performance</li> <li>Identifies & leads value creation project and support product/service innovation</li> <li>Sustains long-term relationships with suppliers</li> <li>Ensure risk management</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Person with self-assurance and the ability to make decisions independently</li> <li>Good communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and self-motivated</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified<br /> taken into account.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Educational requirements</strong><br /> Engineering at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Industrial engineer at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Business administration at least a bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Purchasing at least over 4 years<br /> Supplier management for at least 4 years<br /> Quality management for at least 4 years<br /> Supply Chain / Logistics at least over 4 years</p> <p><br /> <strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Excel at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Click'n Buy (BySide) at least knowledge of detailed functions</p> <p><br /> <strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> German would be a plus</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>Ideally you hold a valid EU passport, if no EU passport we will sponsor excellent candidates for a work permit.</p> <p>Sorry, Countries at odds with western Europe should not apply, at this time until the situation changes</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Other Information</strong></p> <p><a href="https://welcome-center-germany.com/category/lifestyle/munich/" rel="no-follow">Munich - Welcome Center Germany (welcome-center-germany.com)</a></p> <p> </p>
