<p><u><strong>Engineering Integration Manager (f/m/d)</strong></u></p> <p>We have a superb contract position with Airbus Defence and Space (AIR MAS), located at Manching in South Germany. This would be the ideal opportunity for anyone ready to Skyrocket their career, with an interest in winter sports.</p> <p>The jobholder works as an <strong>Engineering Integration Manager (f/m/d) </strong>with the following tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure performance management in the area of technical/business processes, workload/workforce planning</li> <li>Coordinate transnational topics within the area of "Physical Design" (Germany, Spain, France, UK) in the context of military and space activities</li> <li>Coordinate activities with management team</li> <li>Drive the change, manage ad-hoc requests and implement improvements</li> <li>Act as Focal Point to other functions (e.g. Finance or Quality)</li> <li>Coordinate, consolidate and drive various other topics such as risk management or financial status</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong><br /> Experienced to work in a multinational team and<br /> Person with high communication skills to interact with different interfaces</p> <p><strong>Required Technical knowledge</strong><br /> Capable to cope with high workload in peak phases</p> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified considered.</strong></em></p> <p><br /> <strong>Required educational Studies</strong><br /> Engineering at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Business informatics at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Industrial engineer at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Project management at least over 2 years<br /> Process planning at least over 2 years</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills<br /> Ideally knowledge in Google Suite</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> German, French and/or Spanish is nice to have</p>
