<p><u><strong>Performance Controller Manufacturing Engineering (d/f/m)</strong></u></p> <p>We have a great opportunity, based at the famous Airbus Aerostructures GmbH (ASA) plant,  located near the historic town of  Stade in North Germany. Stade is a very liveable and attractive town, near the North Sea coast. The position is suitable for anyone wishing to step up to the next level in composite manufacture.</p> <p><strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The job holder (d/m/f) works as a performance controller and is responsible for performance, Controlling and change processes in Plant Manufacturing Engineering (Plant ME). ME Plant is responsible for the entire industrialization and technology development:</p> <ul> <li>Planning, control and management of resources and costs in manufacturing engineering</li> <li>Creation of standard reports (personnel, orders, projects) to monitor progress</li> <li>Deviation analysis and action management</li> <li>Ad-hoc reports & analyses</li> <li>Comparison of the people action list, support for the central plant report</li> <li>Support with budget planning and final report (consolidation & control)</li> <li>Support in the commissioning process (offer, order, account assignment, change Management) Internal consultant for the ME-Plant team</li> <li>Support for project portfolio management (recurring cost convergence, risk and opportunity management, project initiatives) D</li> <li>Definition, design, introduction and maintenance of standard processes and reporting</li> <li>Participation in strategy development and change processes</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> The ability to quickly recognize and analyze connections and functionalities<br /> Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to achieve goals on schedule<br /> achieve and coordinate work processes efficiently<br /> Strong communication skills to deal with contacts at all levels to work together<br /> The ability to face challenging situations with calm and composure, while being confident demeanor and assertiveness.</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified<br /> considered.</strong></em></p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Please note that we do not accept CVs older than 3 months at the time of offering may take into account</strong>!</em></p> <p>Estimated interview dates are planned from week 2.<br /> <br /> <strong>Required educational Studies</strong><br /> Business administration at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Economics at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Controlling for at least 3 years<br /> Finance at least over 3 years<br /> <strong>Project management at least over 3 years</strong></p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Excel at least expert knowledge<br /> MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Click'n Buy (BySide) at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Google Applications (Sheets, Slides, Datastudio, Chart, App-Script)</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German would be an advantage<br /> Business fluent English</p> <p><strong>Required knowledge</strong><br /> Technical affinity is required</p> <p><strong>Required additional qualifications</strong><br /> Technical affinity is required</p> <p><strong>Required other qualifications</strong><br /> Accounting experience required<br /> Experience in quantity and performance calculation required<br /> Portfolio and project management methods (SCRUM) required</p>
