About this role
<p><u><strong>Processor of technical, logistical material data (d/m/f)</strong></u></p> <p>We have a great position with Airbus Defence and Space (AIR MAS) located in Manching, South Germany. Ideal for those interested to work at the next level, and a interest in winter sports </p> <p>The job holder (d/m/f) works as a processor of technical, logistical material data. The area of responsibility is broken down in detail as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Creation and maintenance of a central data source for the technical-logistical material data</li> <li>Planning and control of change requests regarding maintenance of material data</li> <li>Delivery of the material master data to the customer's IT systems</li> <li>Provision of an initial stock list and illustrated parts catalog (input for technical publications)</li> <li>Consideration of the legally binding material information (e.g. ITAR, REACH, Montreal Protocol etc.) Generation and updating of IP/IPC data (including codification)</li> <li>Central contact for customers regarding material procurement and documentation</li> <li>Agreement and coordination of the suppliers with regard to their delivery services</li> <li>Coordination with other ILS disciplines and partner companies</li> <li>Obsolescence monitoring, remediation and documentation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> Strong communication skills to deal with contacts at all levels<br /> collaborate and maintain business relationships<br /> The will and the ability to bring your own ideas and suggestions into the team and for them working towards common goals<br /> <br /> <strong>Required vocational training</strong><br /> technical training at least technician/ business administrator<br /> work experience<br /> Aerospace at least over 3 years<br /> Technical clerk at least over 3 years<br /> Experience in the field of military materials management/logistics is mandatory</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills<br /> SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Knowledge of SASPF is an advantage</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent German<br /> Business fluent English</p> <p><strong>Required knowledge</strong><br /> ASD S2000M knowledge is mandatory</p>
