<p><u><strong>Program Quality Manager MRO Programs (d/m/w)</strong></u></p> <p>We have a great opportunity for Quality Manager Specialists to work with Airbus Defence and Space (AIR MAS) at Manching South Germany. Superb opportunity to also step up to the next level with Airbus, and to enjoy winter sports.</p> <p><strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The job holder works as a Program Quality Manager (d/m/f). The task is divided in detail as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Provision of a Division/Group Quality Management System (QMS) and standards,</li> <li>Guidelines (policies) and processes that are compliant with valid external standards and internal Rules</li> <li>Ensure implementation of the QMS and policies</li> <li>Monitor the performance and effectiveness of quality activities using</li> <li>Satisfaction surveys of internal and external customers</li> <li>Defining necessary corrective actions</li> <li>Supporting the company certification and representing the interface to the external ones Quality authorities (ISO, IAQG, EASA, ECSS, etc.)</li> <li>Selecting, implementing and supervising quality and improvement methods as well as tools, and coordinate the quality network</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to plan appointments on time,<br /> Coordinate work processes efficiently and achieve goals on schedule<br /> Strong communication skills to deal with contacts at all levels<br /> collaborate and maintain business relationships<br /> A high level of resilience, persuasion and assertiveness to represent their respective interests well</p> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Educational Studies</strong><br /> Engineering at least Masters / Diploma / Bachelor degree<br /> or<br /> Aerospace at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor degree<br /> or<br /> Mechanical engineering at least a Master’s / Diploma / Bachelor degree<br /> or<br /> Industrial engineer at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor course</p> <p><strong>Required Experience</strong><br /> Aerospace at least over 3 years<br /> Project management at least over 3 years<br /> Quality management for at least 3 years</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Access at least detailed. special skills<br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills<br /> MS Power Point at least detailed. special skills</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German would be of advantage<br /> Business fluent English</p> <p><strong>Legal</strong> EU or NATO country passport required</p>
