<p><u><strong>PMO Digitalization in Operations (f/m/d)</strong></u></p> <p>We have a great opportunity for your career, with the offer of a contract to work with Airbus Defence and Space (AIR D&S) in Taufkirchen, South Germany. Wonder opportunity to step up to the next level with Airbus, and to enjoy winter sports.</p> <p>Airbus is looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) to support the Digitalization Projects Operations at Airbus Defence and Space. They have two main digital programs running, focusing on PLM and ERP transformation as well as new processes and new ways of working. With their new digital solutions they intend to support their program lines as best as possible.</p> <p><br /> The jobholder works as a PMO Digitalization in Operations (f/m/d) and the main tasks are:</p> <ul> <li>Integration and analysis of time, cost, resources and quality data. Programs / Project planning and scheduling including breakdown structures.</li> <li>Risk and opportunity management.</li> <li>Performance monitoring (milestone tracking), control and reporting, phase reviews.</li> <li>Contractual data configuration control / change management.</li> <li>PM process and tools implementation management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> Self-motivation and creativity<br /> Customer focus, result oriented and anticipation mindset<br /> Flexibility and open minded, structured way of working<br /> Continuous improvement mindset<br /> Pragmatic and able to bring simplicity to complex problems</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Required Studies</strong><br /> Business informatics at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor course<br /> or<br /> Industrial engineer at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor course<br /> or<br /> Business administration at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor course</p> <p><strong>Required Experience</strong><br /> Project management at least over 3 years<br /> Experiences in integrated planning of projects is required</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Excel at least detailed. special skills<br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills</p> <p>Knowledge with Jira would be a plus</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> German or Spanish would be a plus</p> <p><strong>Required expertise</strong><br /> Knowledge in Agile methodology is recommended<br /> Knowledge in digitalisation initiatives is a plus<br /> </p> <p><strong>Legal:</strong> EU or NATO country passport required </p>
