<p><strong><u>Supply Officer (d/f/m) - Stade</u></strong></p> <p>We have a great opportunity to work with Airbus Aerostructures GmbH (ASA) in the historic North German Town Stade, with a lucrative contract. Will be of interest to those interested to step up to the next level with Airbus</p> <p><strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The job holder (d/m/f) will be employed as a supply officer.</p> <ul> <li>Checking of requirement data from internal suppliers for completeness and correctness</li> <li>Requirement planning, disposition and procurement of quality-compliant components, devices, systems, materials and services</li> <li>Delivery monitoring (quantity/date) and communication with suppliers and internal customers or departments</li> <li>Control and analysis of the delivery performance of the manufacturer as well as master data maintenance material flows</li> <li>Identification and classification of risks and initiation of first corrective measures (risk management)</li> <li>Examination and elimination of delivery and service disruptions including recovery activities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> The ability to quickly recognize and analyse connections and functionalities<br /> Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to achieve goals on schedule<br /> achieve and coordinate work processes efficiently<br /> Strong communication skills to deal with contacts at all levels to work together</p> <p><br /> <strong><em>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</em></strong></p> <p><em><strong>Please note that we do not accept CVs older than 3 months at the time of offering may take into account!</strong></em></p> <p><br /> <strong>Required vocational training</strong><br /> Wholesale and foreign trade clerk at least vocational training<br /> or<br /> Industrial clerk at least vocational training</p> <p><strong>RequiredStudies</strong><br /> Business administration at least a Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Economics at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>Required Experience</strong><br /> Scheduling / procurement of materials for at least 2 years<br /> Purchase at least over 2 years<br /> Supplier management for at least 2 years<br /> Supply chain at least over 2 years</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> SAP at least in-depth application knowledge<br /> Google workspace an advantage</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German would be an advantage<br /> Business fluent English<br /> </p>
