<p><strong>Cabin & Cargo Engineering Learning Deployment Manager (d/m/f)</strong></p> <p>We have a superb job (1 vacancy) based in Hamburg, at Europe's largest OEM and home of AIX. The lifestyle within a short drive to the North and East Seas, and North Sea Islands will be superb, and ideal for sailors and those interested in living in a modern European city.</p> <p>The job holder works as Cabin & Cargo Engineering Learning Deployment Manager (d/m/f) in the<br /> cabin engineering works closely with internal and external stakeholders. The job holder<br /> accompanies the transformation with a focus on learning and deployment, primarily by means of planning, Organization and provision of learning solutions and training.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Training and deployment planning as well as coordination with the relevant project managers</li> <li>Support for the teams concerned with upcoming further training measures Consideration of existing training concepts and learning solutions</li> <li>Creation of C&C Engineering Learning Deployment Plans, based on Project implementations, new methods, tools and competency requirements in consultation with specialist departments and project management</li> <li>Learning paths and solutions from the competence strategy define and implement</li> <li>Advice and support for the teams and project leaders on learning solutions and time planning</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The ability to quickly recognize and analyse connections and functionalities</li> <li>Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to achieve goals on schedule achieve and coordinate work processes efficiently</li> <li>Strong communication skills to deal with contacts at all levels to work together</li> </ul> <p><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified<br /> taken into account.</strong></p> <p><br /> Please note that we do not accept CVs older than 3 months at the time of offering<br /> may take into account.
