<p><u><strong>A320 Fleet Industrial Integration Manager (d/f/m) - Hamburg</strong></u></p> <p><strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> ONLY ENGLISH CVs WILL BE FORWARDED!<br /> The interviews will be conducted in English!</p> <p><br /> The Jobholder will work as Industrial Integration Manager for the Industrial Integration Team as part of<br /> the A320 Family Program configuration management. It will be their responsibility to ensure that the<br /> Customization Configuration industrial integration perimeter is in accordance with Customer definition as<br /> per process/quality/lead time and cost. Their main tasks and responsibilities will include the following activities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform the Industrial Integration of version modifications & late mandatory Customer Options requests</li> <li>Identify any Industrial risks/constraints and monitor Deliverables vs Program Planning, bridging with Production, Suppliers, Manufacturing, Plants, FAL etc</li> <li>Perform and consolidate the Industrial Integration of any version reallocation and ensure appropriate monitoring of any industrial risks/constraints</li> <li>Support Project & Chief Engineering teams to mitigate potential risks on new project developments, systems crisis and ensure program robustness in fleet integration</li> <li>Continuously improve fleet industrial integration deliverables to ensure on time delivery performance and customer satisfaction</li> <li>Lead in continuous improvement of general industrial processes and tool projects as well as simplify the customization process to support Rate Increase</li> <li>Support digitalization and associated lean opportunities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> High-tuned communication, presentation & influencing skills towards all management levels - internally and externally<br /> Independent, structured and result-oriented work and good analytical skills<br /> Team player with multicultural awareness</p> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em></p> <p><br /> <strong>Required Studies</strong><br /> Technical studies at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Economics at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>Required Experience</strong><br /> Configuration Management for at least 3 years<br /> Manufacturing engineering at least 4 years</p> <p><strong>Required linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German would be of advantage<br /> Business fluent English<br /> French an advantage</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> Google Workspace an advantage</p> <p><strong>Required other qualifications</strong><br /> Project management an advantage<br /> Aerospace experience an advantage<br /> Stakeholder management an advantage<br /> Knowledge of Aircraft IT Configuration and Industrial Systems (ICC, ACC2, ACP,...) from Advantage<br /> </p>
