<p><u><strong>Working Party Aircraft Manager (d/f/m)</strong></u><br /> <br /> <strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The job holder (d/m/f) will be employed as a Working Party Aircraft Manager.<br /> The tasks include:</p> <ul> <li>Monitoring of the achievement of milestones along the working party phase</li> <li>Reporting and transparency of aircraft status</li> <li>Preparation, implementation and follow-up of the handovers as a moderator, for internal quality</li> <li>Gates and record the aircraft status in the current Quality Gate Tool</li> <li>Identification and coordination of technical improvements and recurring problems,</li> <li>Preparation and communication of the problem within the station organizations (STOs) as well to the Quality Custome Manager (QCM)</li> <li>Planning of partners, remaining work and blocking points in coordination with production</li> <li>Supervision of sub-projects to improve the line processes and to secure sustainability</li> <li>Inputs as a basis for service level agreement (SLA) negotiations on the topic</li> <li>Partner condition of supply</li> <li>Support of the Working Party (WP) regarding aircraft maintenance, regardless of the version</li> <li>Taking over the communication on the progress of the FAL/WP process (open points, planning, risks, access and transfers)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> The ability to quickly recognize and understand technical relationships and functionalities analyse<br /> Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to achieve goals on schedule<br /> Achieve and coordinate work processes efficiently<br /> Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels<br /> Willingness to work in a 2-shift system</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Please note that we do not accept CVs older than 3 months at the time of offering</strong></em></p> <p><br /> <strong>Studies</strong><br /> Aircraft construction at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Engineering at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Business administration at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Airbus experience is required</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong><br /> Customer service/ customer service at least over 4 years<br /> Aerospace at least over 3 years<br /> Operational and strategic procurement for at least 3 years</p> <p><br /> <strong>IT</strong><br /> SAP at least in-depth application knowledge<br /> Google Workspace an advantage<br /> expertise<br /> Project management at least good knowledge</p> <p><br /> <strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent German<br /> Business fluent English<br /> French an advantage</p>
