The area of responsibility is broken down in detail as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Checking documents for formal correctness</li> <li>Importing documents into databases</li> <li>Consistency check of the data for completeness / correctness and distribution</li> <li>Management of long-term data storage</li> <li>Creation of document number lists and reconciliation of number ranges</li> <li>Creation and management of templates for safety, maintenance and user manuals</li> <li>Requirements documentation and management in existing databases</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> Independent, reliable and process-compliant way of working<br /> Solution-oriented and sustainable thinking, open communication and customer orientation<br /> Distinctive degree of thoroughness, sense of responsibility and flexibility<br /> Readiness for continuous further development</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Vocational training</strong><br /> technical training at least vocational training<br /> or<br /> Technical vocational training in the field of document and configuration management</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong><br /> technical documentation for at least 5 years<br /> Technical clerk at least over 5 years<br /> Solid knowledge of document management / change management /<br /> Configuration management is required<br /> Good and wide-ranging basic technical understanding is required</p> <p><br /> <strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills<br /> Experience in handling databases is necessary</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent German<br /> English at least well versed</p> <p><strong>Legal</strong>: EU or Nato country passports required</p>
