<p><u><strong>Combat Air Systems Bid Operations (f/m/d)</strong></u><br /> Customer Airbus Defense and Space (AIR MAS)<br /> Location Manching<br /> Planned shortlist date 08/14/2023<br /> Planned start of operation Immediately<br /> Limited until December 31, 2024<br /> Working hours full-time 35h / 152.25h</p> <p><br /> <strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The jobholder works as Combat Air Systems Bid Operations (f/m/d) and the main tasks are:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting the Combat Bid Support Team in the management of the bid environment and bid data relating to Eurofighter campaigns</li> <li>Administer the data relating to Eurofighter campaigns in the Airbus MySales tools</li> <li>Support the relevant Bid Managers for the various campaigns in the regular meetings, drum-beat sessions, and technical team discussions</li> <li>Ensure ‘housekeeping’ of the campaign related data in the Confluence tool</li> <li>Keep control over the accounts and applications to the various bid tools</li> <li>Support the overall Combat Bid Team of Airbus in the day-to-day tasks and activities</li> <li>Ensuring that the relevant Campaign / Bid Team follow the correct procedures and capture</li> <li>information in the appropriate locations</li> <li>Support the users of the various bid tools across the different departments</li> <li>Support the Bid Managers in the Airbus Maturity Gates and reviews</li> <li>Bring fresh ideas to improving the Combat ‘Digital Bid Plan’ and support generating</li> <li>new interactive templates</li> <li>Regularly check with the programs department to collect and collate status of campaigns</li> <li>Support the roll-out team for the Salesforce tool and represent the Combat department's requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong><br /> A "people person" first and foremost and a team player<br /> Able to communicate across a very large bid organization<br /> Untroubled to work on military / fighter aircraft programmes<br /> Feeling comfortable in a military / governmental style environment</p> <p><br /> Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</p> <p><br /> <strong>Vocational training</strong><br /> IT specialist at least vocational training with long-term experience<br /> or<br /> IT clerk at least vocational training with long-term experience<br /> or<br /> IT system clerk at least vocational training with long experience<br /> or<br /> Ideally graduated Technician/Specialist</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills<br /> Google Suite knowledge is required<br /> Quick learning in new IT tools and processes<br /> Experience in collaboration tools is beneficial<br /> Experience in Confluence and Salesforce or similar web based toolsets is desirable</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German at least advanced<br /> Business fluent English</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong><br /> Knowledge of the Airbus ‘Acquire Business’ SELL process is nice to have<br /> Experience in bid / campaign management is helpful<br /> Knowledge of the Eurofighter operating environment is useful<br /> Knowledge about parties involved within the bidding route for military aircraft is desirable</p> <p><strong>Legal:</strong> EU or Nato country passport mandatory</p>
