<p><u><strong>Certifying Staff (m/f/d) CAT-B2 - QCC Flight Line H135/H145 Airbus Helicopters - Immediate start</strong></u><br /> Customer Airbus Helicopters Germany (ECD)<br /> Location Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH<br /> Planned start of operation immediately<br /> Approved until September 15, 2026<br /> Working hours full time 35h / 152.25h<br /> <br /> <strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The position holder works as a Certifying Staff (m/f/d) CAT-B2-QCC Flight Line H135/H145 and<br /> takes on the following tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Testing the quality conforms to the construction document and the airworthiness of the device. Here the issuance of airworthiness documents and certificates (e.g. EASA Form 1, Form 52 & 53, routine test, log card, permit to fly).</li> <li>Responsible for providing H/C and/or</li> <li>Component assembly delivery documents. Verification of product configuration, compliance and airworthiness.</li> <li>Support the analysis of airworthiness-relevant data from customer feedback QIR, ISIR actions, MITB actions).</li> <li>Develop systems to handle and prevent errors (risk management,</li> <li>Improvement measures, internal and external CAR).</li> <li>Make decisions in borderline and special cases within your own area of responsibility,</li> <li>Initiate and monitor measures, if necessary in coordination with other operational departments.</li> <li>Instruct the employees entrusted with testing tasks and support them in the event of problems.</li> <li>Coordination and coordination of Q decisions and solution finding in series processes and for new starts.</li> <li>Further develop existing procedures, methods and systems as well as testing equipment.</li> <li>Supporting improvement measures or QM procedures in those affected specialist departments.</li> <li>Carrying out the activities at the customer's site (worldwide), if necessary also via one longer period of time (e.g. retrofit - on site).</li> <li>In addition, you will support the handover of the final product to the customer centers or, if necessary, at the customer site.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements</strong><br /> Strong communication and teamwork skills<br /> Solution-oriented & careful way of working<br /> Assertive, independent, flexible, resilient</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants receive special recognition if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Studies</strong><br /> Aerospace at least Bachelor's degree course<br /> Experience<br /> Aerospace at least over 3 years<br /> Quality management at least over 3 years<br /> Aircraft inspector<br /> Assembly/maintenance of aircraft</p> <p><br /> <strong>I.T</strong><br /> MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> G Suite</p> <p><br /> <strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German would be of advantage<br /> At least fluent in English</p> <p><strong>other qualifications</strong><br /> Part 66 module training / CS CAT-B2 license<br /> </p> <p><strong>Legal:</strong> EU passport or work permit required</p>
