<p><strong>AeroProfessional are pleased to announce that on behalf of our client, an International Business Jet Company, are currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within the Training Department.</strong></p> <p><strong>The Flight Crew Training Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Flight Crew Training Department.</strong></p> <p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fulfil the requirement for first POC for all external and internal enquiries.</li> <li>Organise and coordinate the Company Introduction with required presenters.</li> <li>Organise and coordinate Change of Operator (COO) CRM courses with external CRMI. </li> <li>Book new flight crew onto Company Introduction and COO CRM Courses.</li> <li>Allocate and book crew onto ESET/CRM courses.</li> <li>Organise and track flight crew validations.</li> <li>Setup and maintain e-learning for all flight crew.</li> <li>Track and maintain the validity of crew training documentation. </li> <li>Upload flight crew credentials onto server and FlightWare.</li> <li>Assign crew to aircraft on FlightWare.</li> <li>Process all invoices received for flight crew training.</li> <li>Collate and distribute course feedback forms for training events.</li> <li>Set up meetings and events as required.</li> <li>Assist with additional miscellaneous administrative tasks as directed.</li> <li>Assigning flight crew onto aircraft.</li> <li>Any ad hoc projects and tasks as required by your line Manager.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To apply for this role you will need to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong multitasking and time management skills.</li> <li>Ability to communicate on all levels with internal and external crew, staff and departments.</li> <li>Strong organisation skills.  </li> <li>Competent use of Office IT systems such as Excel.</li> </ul> <p>Immediate Start, Work Hours Monday - Friday 09.00 - 18.00.  </p> <p>This position is a Direct Hire</p>
