About this role

<p>AeroProfessional are pleased to announce that on behalf of our client, an International Business Jet Company, are currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within the Training Department.</p> <p>To ensure that all the company flight crew training, both in house and/or with contracted training facilities is planned, scheduled and recorded in compliance with statutory requirements and Operations Maintenance Division for providing administrative support to the Flight Crew Training Department.</p> <p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing, planning and scheduling of routine training events for all flight crew.</li> <li>Ensure the Flight Crew Administrator completes all administrative tasks and assigned processes.</li> <li>Manage the process for new pilot induction and training.</li> <li>Present to the Company Introduction as required.</li> <li>Establish and maintain a sound knowledge of regulatory requirements for flight crew.</li> <li>Liaise with National Aviation Authorities concerning pilot licence and type rating issues.</li> <li>Liaise with Dispatch and Charter departments regarding flight crew training queries.</li> <li>Liaise with the CAMO department with regards to pre- and post-flight training requirements.</li> <li>Internal auditing and process monitoring.</li> <li>Any other ad hoc tasks and duties required by your Supervisor.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To apply for this role you will need to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a similar role.</li> <li>Experience of using Zendesk or similar.</li> <li>Experience of using SalesForce.</li> <li>Knowledge of EASA Flight crew training regulations and requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Confident use of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.</li> <li>Strong multitasking and time management skills.</li> <li>Strong organisational skills.</li> <li>Ability to communicate on all levels with internal and external crew, staff and departments.</li> <li>Excellent inter-personal skills.</li> <li>Excellent customer facing skills.</li> <li>Confident and outgoing personality.</li> <li>Strong and well developed presentation skills.</li> <li>Accuracy and attention to detail.</li> </ul> <p>?Working hours are Monday - Friday 09.00-18.00. &nbsp;This position is a Direct Hire</p>
