<p>We are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join Airways Aviation in the role of CEO. Working closely with the Board of Directors the CEO will manage the growth and performance of Airways Aviation, develop and implement a global strategy and assume responsibility for all strategic and commercial aspects of the company. The CEO is responsible for ensuring the viability, growth, sustainability and profitability of the organization whilst promoting and supporting a safe, harmonious and productive working environment for all.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have previous aviation management experience and a proven track record of effective team management and results-driven leadership. To thrive as a CEO, you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. You will have a business mindset and will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings. You will take actions to enhance the company’s cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective. The goal is to drive the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success.</p>
