<p><strong>AeroProfessional are delighted to announce that we are seeking a OJT Training Supervisor on a permanent basis.</strong></p> <p><strong>The role will entail filling supervisor and assessor role under MRO EASA Part-145 organization for providing Aircraft on the Job Training for initial type endorsement. Duties will include being required develop new and current OJT procedures, logbooks and other related information according to EASA regulation. Duties will also include applying for OJT approvals for foreign CAAs in order to support the growing function of MRO OJT service. Organize, administer trainee’s schedules (via manpower planning) and being the sole point of connection of OJT to the trainees and colleagues helping with organizing, resolving their problems and questions during the program.</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>B1 and/or B2 EASA Part-66 license;</strong></li> <li><strong>Airbus A320Family and/or Boeing 737 New Generation Type Training;</strong></li> <li><strong>English language;</strong></li> <li><strong>Interpersonal skills to train trainees;</strong></li> <li><strong>At least 1-2 years experience in a similar training position</strong></li> <li><strong>Skills to plan and coordinate the training for the trainees</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p>
