<p><strong>We are pleased to be representing our client with their search for a Crew Training Manager<br /> Our client is made up of a friendly and helpful team of professionals, based at Farnborough Airport delivering a personalised aircraft charter service.</strong></p> <p><br /> <strong>The Crew Training Manager is responsible for maintaining procedures that ensure the Company's training and checking complies with the requirements of the Authority and EASA Part-FCL.<br /> <br /> The Crew Training Manager will be Reporting to the Chief Pilot and accountable to the Regulatory Authority<br /> <br /> Although this role is primarily normal working hours Monday to Friday, the right candidate needs to be extremely flexible with a mixture of flying/Simulator work and there is the option of hybrid working.<br /> The ideal candidate will be an aviation professional with previous relevant experience , previous experience working as a Crew Training Manager would be desirable.</strong></p> <p><br /> <strong>The Crew Training Manager will have Valid A320 (ACJ320neo) type rating. Hold a valid UK ATPL with date of last flight within the past 12 months with a TRE/TRI rated on the A320.</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Right to live and work in the UK</strong></li> <li><strong>Valid A320 (ACJ320neo) type rating.</strong></li> <li><strong>Suitability to obtain the Form 4 Postholder as Crew Training Manager under the UK CAA.</strong></li> <li><strong>Valid LPC on the A320.</strong></li> <li><strong>Previous experience working as a Crew Training Manager is desirable.</strong></li> </ul>
