<p>We are looking for an <strong>Examination Manager</strong> for our Resource Training Solutions (RTS) division based in Kemble, UK for be responsible for the management of all aspects of the LRTT Ltd approved examination database, policies and procedures. Ensuring that the maintenance training organisation remains in compliance with the regulatory requirements of each of the LRTT Ltd active approals.</p> <p><strong>Conditions</strong></p> <p>•Permanent position</p> <p>•Base: Kemble</p> <p>•Full-time Monday – Friday office hours</p> <p>•Remuneration in accordance with experience</p> <p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p> <p>•Achieving Results</p> <p>•Analytical Thinking</p> <p>•Conduct</p> <p>•Communication</p> <p>•Planning and Organising</p> <p><strong>Tasks</strong></p> <p>•The day-to-day management of examination office staff.</p> <p>•The day-to-day management and maintenance of the examination database.</p> <p>•The production, delivery, marking, and analysis of paper and electronic (online) examinations.</p> <p>•The ongoing review of examination questions to maintain compliance with regulations and internal processes.</p> <p>•Reviewing prevailing regulations at regular intervals and updating internal processes and procedures as required to maintain regulatory compliance.</p> <p>•Regular liaison with Training Management and Business Support staff in the scheduling and conduct of examination sessions.</p> <p>•Training and authorization of new Examiners and Examination Invigilators.</p> <p>•Ensuring the correct completion, documentation, and recording of all pre- and post-examination activities. Includes subsequent liaison with designated subject matter experts to review questions as necessary.</p> <p>•Indentifying the root cause and establishing corrective actions to address any examination-related non-compliances. Ensuring that subsequent corrective actions are implemented.</p> <p>•Supporting the LRTT Ltd Quality Manager in the conduct of EASA and UKCAA audits.</p> <p>•Ensuring the relevant sections of the Maintenance Training Organisation Exposition (MTOE) and associated Examination Procedure Instructions (PI) are updated and amended as required.</p> <p>•Maintaining a designated and approved individual as Deputy Examination Manager (DEM). Training and mentoring on a case-by-case basis as required.</p> <p>•Transiting exam database content to reflect new courseware. Ensuring exam questions are up to date, valid and relevant</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p>•Aviation technical background.</p> <p>•Good knowledge of EASA and/or UKCAA Part-147 and Part-66 would be advantageous but can be trained.</p> <p>•A good working knowledge of MS Office.</p> <p>•Good IT skills, database experience an advantage.</p> <p>•Experience in the education and/or training sector would be advantageous.</p> <p>•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory/management capacity</p>
